Jason O'Neill (Director)

Jason's background is all Italian - after many years of senior management at Piaggio both here in the UK and at the Piaggio factory in Italy, Jason's passion and flair are obvious for all to see. Understanding the italians and their habits has been imperative in the manufacturing of our coffee carts! There is no harder nor better judge of the perfect coffee than the Italians, so we have to prepare, make and train all our staff and customers to the highest level to constantly achieve our ever increasing high standards! Jason Italian passion extends to his other love and hobby - his Ducati motorcycle with his wife seeing the the beauty of Europe!

Rob Dixon (Director)

Rob's enthusiasm and love for coffee is not only clear to see through our coffee carts but also through nearly a decade of running the very successful Big Coffee Cafe Bar here in Hull, Rob's knowledge of coffee is second to none and is constantly retraining our staff to the best barista level! Owning and running any business can be hard work, but being involved within the coffee industry is just so rewarding, I can't ever imagine not being part of it!! we put our success down to two simple things - quality and service!! two very simple things but the most crucial part of our business. Rob likes to relax on the white slopes of Courchevel snow boarding with his friends, family and his two young children.

Su Bell (Manageress)

Good staff need a good manager! Su has been a crucial part of the Big Coffee from the beginning and is a constant reminder to our staff that quality and service is a 100% must!! Su has an integral part in the training of our coffee cart customers, customer service and people skills don't always come easy to some people. Su regularly heads training sessions for our coffee bar staff and indeed our coffee cart customers who feel they may need a little advice or extra time understanding any demanding retail customer!
